ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed daily, Monday to Saturday. On Saturdays are processed on the same day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed after 10:00 am on a Saturday, or on a Sunday or holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day.

Product availability

Products sold by Beads Buddy Online Shopping Store are ideally available for courier pickup and consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and approved. If your order is not available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, Beads Buddy Online Shopping Store will notify you by email if and when the item will be available or is out-of-stock as the case may be. If your order is approved, you will be notified by email at the email address you provided when you registered as a member or when you purchased at Beads Buddy Online Shopping Store. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day they were processed. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination, please allow up to two to three days from process date for delivery. For international orders, standard delivery schedules of DHL or Philippine Postal Service apply.
